Mail notifications
You can configure the emails that will be sent by the system upon player's actions. In the Organization configuration panel, you'll find a section called "Email notifications":
Custom mail server
By default, LarpManager sends emails from <slug>@larpmanager.com using its own mail servers. This feature allows configuring an external mail server by providing its connection details. First, activate the Custom mail server feature.
Now, in the Organization configuration panel, you'll find a section called "Mail Server":
Insert the required information; all the emails regarding your events will be sent using those connection details.
If you're not sure, ask your email provider for these informations.
If you encounter any issue, please contact us, or your email provider, to check them.
It is possible to configure a mail server individually for each event. If an event has a custom mail server setting, those will be used instead of the ones of the whole organization.
In the Event configuration panel, you'll find a similar "Mail Server" section, with the same required information.
